I finally got the FB/80 Paddle up and running.

And wow...., the espresso is so sweet and smooth.

The manual pre-infusion really makes a big difference.

and ready to leave again.

Machine was installed at Terminal 2/CPH Vision.

This Mazzer Kony grinder

is performing very well,

and I am sure that we will

see many of these around

in the future.

The specs:

- Conical grinding blades 63mm

- 420 r.p.m

- Ventilation with electronic control

to cool the motor.

Preparing a couple of GS/3's before they leave the warehouse. The new owners are waiting......
